Whatever we can do to help, we will.

We are a business and not a charity and we do, therefore, have to charge for the time that we spend on your case.

If your case is appropriate, we are able to offer a ‘no win no fee’ arrangement (sometimes called a contingent fee arrangement), so that you only have to pay our fees in the event that we are successful in annulling your bankruptcy.

Usually, we charge a flat fee of £7,500.00 for all of our services – that is from the day when you sign our paperwork, to the day that we obtain the annulment order for you and restore your position to the pre-bankruptcy state.

This fee is not, however, set in stone and we are willing to tailor our charges to our clients’ needs. This includes agreeing dates for payments of our invoices in staged terms rather than as a lump sum.

If you have any concerns, you are free to discuss them with us at any stage.

It is also likely that you will incur a small charge for the solicitors’ time and the advocates’ time in dealing with the legal work. Don’t worry. Because we work so frequently with the solicitors and the advocates we have been able to negotiate very favourable fixed rate terms that you will be able to take advantage of; ensuring that you don’t pay over the odds for the necessary legal advice and representation.

We think this makes us stand out. We know that our competitors do not use the same process as we do. We know that they do not engage a solicitor from the outset; but rather try to complete the legal paperwork themselves from the outset. We feel this is wrong. You wouldn’t want a heart surgeon to operate on your brain; so why let an insolvency consultancy complete your legal paperwork.

That’s why we stick to what we know; and bring in our partners to do the work that they are specialised in.

Frequently, if you are working with an IFA, your IFA will be able to factor in our costs when they try to obtain credit for you to annul your bankruptcy. So it may be that you do not need to worry about our fees from the outset. Read our FAQ here.
